Ingenious of few individuals in the department of Haryana Police dreamt of an idea of extending a helping hand in the arena of providing quality education to the children. This dream got materialised with the collaboration with the prestigious organisation i.e.,DAV which is not merely known for academic excellence but also for inculcating and nurturing value education and Vedic culture among the children.
One more milestone was added in this journey on 22nd February, 2014 with the establishment of DAV Police Public School, Rewari. At the very outset the school was started in a small building which was the police training centre in the campus of New Police Lines, Delhi Road Rewari. The school slowly and steadily flourished into a big fruitful tree with in a small span of time. As the commitment was from the Haryana Police that they will provide a beautiful building with all the latest amenities was also materialised on 24th August, 2015 with the inauguration of a Grand new building. The inauguration was done by Honourable Mr. Baljit Singh Sandhu D.G.P.Haryana Police and Managing Director HPHC along with Mrs. Mamta Singh IGP, South Range, Rewari and Mr.T.R.Gupta, Vice President DAVCMC, New Delhi in the presence of Mr. Manbir Singh S.P.Rewari, Mr. K.L.Khurana Regional Director of the School and Dr.D.V.Sethi Manager of the school.
With the completion of three academic sessions the school is having a strength of more than 300 students getting education upto class secondary level. With the passage of time the school has gained popularity in Rewari and we hope that in the forthcoming times the school will not look back and will add flying colours to the name of DAVCMC and Haryana Police.

The institution provides a broad range of activities, content, approaches and learning opportunities which promote each student to discover and develop his own strength.
The curriculum and teaching-learning methodology is designed in such a way that each and every student is involved in the process of class room teaching. Evaluation of each and every child is done by experienced teachers. They monitor, analyse and refine the holistic development of the child.
